Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Min. 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome
- Familiarity with software solutions or the IT industry is a plus
- Expertise in channel and direct sales
- Knowledge in selling complex solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- English and Bahasa Indonesia professional proficiency is required
Requirements
- Analyse and identify the customer needs and requirements to grow share in the existing accounts and/or to convert new accounts
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
- Construct sales pitches and presentations
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of ECM software specifications and other solutions
- Maintain awareness of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
