Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between SIRCLO and principals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trusted relationships with clients and principals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client business growth.
- Carry out day-to-day activities with a focus on execution excellence.
- Identify and flag potential issues before they arise.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop campaign reports.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Key Account Management or a related role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Interest in live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live) and e-commerce trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
