- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Posses to collaborative mindset
- Having a passion for sales
- Good in Indonesia and English language
- Passionate to travel
- Placement : Semarang / Surabaya / Bandung area
