Job Description
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations with innovative solutions.
- Illustrate the value of our creative marketing services to foster growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify and act on industry trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; contribute to program development for existing clients and new prospects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to streamline workflow and enhance team productivity.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to uncover additional opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role within a creative or marketing environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suites and iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
