Job Description
- Research, Source, identify, and attract top-tier Tech Talent for clients across various industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and company culture
- Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between clients and candidates
- Facilitate negotiations for compensation packages and terms of employment
- Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles highlighting technical skills, project experience, and suitability for specific tech roles
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, marketing, or related fields (Graduated from an overseas college will be a plus point)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- At least 2 years of experience in partnership and marketing, preferably within the Digital talents Industries
- Previous experience as a headhunter is a plus
- Proven experience handling clients for their hiring needs
- Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Ability to adapt to every change and situation (agile culture)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational, management, and research skills and attention to detail
