Job Description
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and goals related to events.
- Event Cost Budgets: Create and manage event cost budgets, ensuring that expenses align with client expectations and financial parameters.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the event planning team. Communicate client preferences and requirements effectively.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with clients to develop event proposals that align with their objectives and budget constraints.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors, seeking mutually beneficial terms.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of events, working closely with the event planning team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality events that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Client Retention: Strive to build long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor nor Diploma degree, preferable from MICE/ Marketing/ Communications Study.
- Have good attitude, good personality, good appearance and excellent communications skill.
- Outstanding in operating all MS. Office application (Especially: Excel & Power Point).
- Have a keen interest in events and video/ multimedia production.
- Have the ability to do a great presentation.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written.
- Have minimum 2 years working with an Event Services Company or BTL Agency.
