Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, focusing on both new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts and convert new prospects.
  • Leverage your solution selling expertise to effectively respond to customer needs and identify business opportunities to build long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintain solid knowledge of ECM solutions and stay updated on evolving software, hardware, and technologies to ensure high-quality service.
  • Participate in industry events and collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop account strategies and territory plans for the Indonesian market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Min. 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales
  • Credibility at all levels, with demonstrated ability to build positive relationships both internally, with customers and partners
  • Familiarity with software solutions or the IT industry is a plus
  • Knowledge in selling complex solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and ambitious, with a strong desire to build a career in ELO
  • English and Bahasa Indonesia professional proficiency is required
