Job Description

Identify potential opportunities and able to follow up lead
Selling company product through various channel, direct and partner
Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
Build and improve relationships with customers, key stakeholder and partners
Educate and inform clients/partner about the company’s products, services and special offers
Attend to client/partner/stakeholder complaints and resolve issues promptly
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client/partner satisfaction
Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients/partners expectations
Ensuring high client/customer satisfaction

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor degree in Public Relation, Communication, Marketing
Have at least 2 years of experience in sales (B2B)
Familiar with IT products or IT Services is a plus
Ability to sell and maintain strong client and business relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target Achiever and Customer-oriented
Able to work under target
Able to create and do presentation
