Job Description

  1. Create Revenue for Training & Consultancy Services of Multimatics.
  2. Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues.
  3. Make an appointment meeting or Canvassing to increase database/client.
  4. Increase and maintain relations with client.
  5. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
  6. Prepare all reports needed and join all the meetings scheduled for all sales by the management
  7. Monitoring running project and after-sales processes

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  2. Min. 3 years experience in the same industry (training company, IT consulting company, or selling IT product/services).
  3. Has good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  4. Has good initiative and problem solver.
  5. Customer and target oriented.
  6. Willing and faster to learn new things.
  7. Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills.
  8. Detail & achievement-oriented and ability to do multi-task.
  9. Professional looking.
  10. Proven experience in a sales service role, a good listener, and fast response.
  11. Persistent and results-oriented.
  12. Know, understand, and able to apply the sales life cycle.
