Job Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Maximize account profitability through effective up-selling and cross-selling of relevant services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver effective product presentations and educate clients on the value of the company’s solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reports to management regarding sales progress and client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve client satisfaction.
  • Contribute ideas to improve products, services, and internal processes based on client feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales; experience in telecommunications or digital products is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and confidence in handling objections.
  • Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on delivering value and measurable results.
