Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, OOH, and digital marketing.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers and executives to ensure effective campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and present creative marketing strategies to clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee large billing accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and maximizing client investment in campaigns.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an account management role, preferably in a 360 marketing agency.
- Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel marketing campaigns for diverse clients.
- Strong experience in handling large billing accounts and financial management of campaigns.
- Preferably experienced in both brand-side and agency environments, with an understanding of both perspectives.
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and event-based marketing.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
