Job Description
PT CAB Tekno Kreasi is looking for a Account Director to lead our 360° marketing business. This
role is a key commercial and leadership position, responsible for driving client acquisition,
managing strategic accounts, leading Account Management and Project Management teams,
and expanding our local portfolio.
You will work closely with internal delivery teams and regional stakeholders to ensure strong
execution, sustainable growth, and long-term client partnerships in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Business Development
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients and business opportunities in Indonesia
- Own the sales pipeline, including pitching, proposal development, and commercial
negotiation
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and act as a trusted strategic partner
- Expand CAB's portfolio of integrated / 360° marketing services
Account Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and oversee key client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Provide strategic marketing guidance across branding, digital, social, content, media, and
campaign execution
- Ensure client objectives are clearly translated into actionable briefs for internal teams
Team Leadership & Management
-Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management (AM) and Project Management (PM)
teams
-Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and ways of working
-Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
Delivery & Commercial Oversight
-Oversee project delivery from a commercial and client-expectation perspective
-Ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
-Monitor account profitability and support sustainable business growth
Requirements
. > 5 years of experience in a marketing / integrated / digital agency
. Strong understanding of 360° marketing and the Indonesian marketing industry
. Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, and sales leadership
. Experience leading or mentoring Account Managers and Project Managers
. Fluent in English will be a strong advantage
. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
. Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing, and multicultural environment
