Bumame is a leading healthcare provider in Indonesia, committed to delivering innovative and reliable diagnostic solutions. We are expanding our advanced services with a breakthrough Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) product.
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Medical Sales professional to pioneer the growth of our NIPT test in Balikpapan. This is a unique opportunity to represent a cutting-edge product and build strong partnerships with Obstetricians and Gynecologists (Ob/Gyn specialists).
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify, target, and partner with key Ob/Gyn specialists, clinics, and hospitals to drive the adoption of our NIPT test.
- Educate & Influence: Deliver clear and compelling presentations on the clinical benefits and advantages of Bumame’s NIPT technology to medical professionals.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting, trusted relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders in the Balikpapan medical community.
- Achieve & Exceed Targets: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide strategic feedback.
- Report on Progress: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or clinical laboratory industry.
- Specialist Doctor Focus: A mandatory, proven track record of selling ethical products directly to specialist doctors.
- Existing Ob/Gyn Network: An established network and strong relationships with Ob/Gyn specialists in the Balikpapan area is a significant advantage.
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex scientific information clearly.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Logistics:
- Must be based in or willing to be based in Balikpapan.
- Must own a private vehicle and possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and proactivity.
