We are Hiring: Account Acquisition Lead (Beauty & Personal Care)

We are seeking a driven, motivated, and hands-on Account Acquisition Lead (Beauty and Personal Care) with at least 5 years of work experience to work closely with respective team in executing our field to drive our Beauty and Personal Care channel growth across Indonesia.

You will help lead identifying, onboarding, and activating General Trade (GT) outlets, including "warung", "toko kosmetik", and mini-markets while building strong and lasting relationships with distributors and retailers.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver the revenue target of the assigned area.

- Lead the Identification, approach, and onboarding of General Trade (GT) outlets ("warung", "toko kosmetik", mini-markets) and local distributors.

- Pitch and promote Baskit’s beauty and personal care brands to drive sales growth.

- Ensure smooth onboarding: Registration, catalog activation, pricing setup, and first order completion.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, distributor sales representatives, and retail partners.

- Track daily sales activities, monitor performance, and provide regular progress updates.

- Gather field insights to support brand and product strategy improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business or other relevant disciplines.

- 5 years of experience in field sales, GT onboarding, or beauty distribution, ideally with a beauty brand or distribution player (ground team or similar).

- Supervisory/lead experience is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s GT operations and retail landscape.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive, target-driven, and resilient as well as thrives in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.

- Comfortable using digital tools (apps, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.) for tracking and reporting.

- Able to travel frequently if necessary.

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficient in professional English.
