Job Descriptions:
- Handling Student and Class administrative.
- Handling reports and analysis regarding student’s data.
- Handling student’s Final Report and Certificate
- Responsible for class arrangement
- Responsible for PO regarding academic needs.
- Working closely to the Academic Coordinator to support academic needs.
Requirements
- Willing to be placed in East Surabaya
- Required language(s): Intermediate English
- Hold at least a Diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field is preferred
- At least 1 year experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printer, ets.
- Execeptional verbal and written communication skill
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
