Job Description
- Assisting with the overall operation, planning, and coordination of academic activities in support of online/offline teaching and learning.
- Focused on ensuring the relationship between learning outcomes, assessment task and teaching activities is explicit, direct, and aligned.
- Writing, editing, and structuring course content in a way that bolsters students' retention.
- Develop and improve early childhood curricula and teaching materials.
- Evaluate the efficacy of the curriculum and suggest improvements.
- Train and mentor newly recruited teachers.
- Track student development using data from student learning reports.
- Create specialised programs forearly childhood
- Manage specially created programs.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers for effective lesson delivery.
- Collaborate with divisions to foster innovation and program success.
Requirements
- Passionate about the world of education, especially early childhood education.
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
- Able to lead and organize academic team activities
- Experienced in research, development and evaluation of academic programs
- Proficient in English, both oral and written communication
- Have effective communication, persuasion and presentation skills
- Preferably have a certification in education that supports the development of educational products.
- Demonstrable experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer for Early Childhood.
- Self-starter and can work independently as well.
