Job Description
- Lead end-to-end execution of GYDMUN conferences (training → simulation → international trip)
- Design academic framework (committee topics, curriculum, speakers, mentors)
- Oversee delegate experience & conference quality standards
- Manage academic team, chairs, and secretariat
- Ensure global-level MUN standard & credibility
- Maintain relationship with international partners & institutions
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in MUN leadership / international youth programs
- Strong understanding of diplomacy, global affairs, or international relations
- Experience leading large-scale conferences (300+ participants preferred)
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- International exposure is a plus
