Job Description
- Implement and sustain the 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) program across all factory areas.
- Plan, conduct, and report regular 6S audits; ensure timely follow-up on findings.
- Provide training, coaching, and awareness sessions for employees on 6S standards.
- Develop and maintain digital tools, dashboards, and databases to monitor 6S performance.
- Prepare documentation (checklists, scorecards, photos, action plans) and manage digital filing for internal and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of 5S/6S, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills are preferred (both written and spoken).
- Good knowledge in data management, MS Excel, Power BI, or other dashboard tools.
- Skilled in IT troubleshooting and able to digitalize manual processes into automated systems (e.g., audit checklists, score tracking).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in problem solving.
- Good communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.
