Role overview
We are hiring a 3D Visualizer / 3D Artist to create photorealistic visual assets for buildings, interiors, exteriors, environments, and campaign scenes. This role is ideal for someone with strong taste in lighting, composition, materials, camera angles, and render quality, and who can turn references, sketches, product ideas, CAD files, or creative briefs into polished 3D visuals.
You will work closely with the creative and production teams to design believable environments, model or adapt architectural assets, set up scenes, apply realistic materials and lighting, and deliver final renders that are clean, premium, and ready for client-facing or advertising use. The ideal candidate is technically strong, visually detail-oriented, fast enough for production deadlines, and comfortable receiving feedback from creative stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create photorealistic 3D renders of buildings, interiors, exteriors, product environments, and campaign scenes based on creative briefs, references, sketches, CAD files, or production direction.
- Build, refine, and optimize 3D models, scene layouts, camera angles, textures, materials, lighting, and render settings to achieve a realistic, premium final look.
- Design believable architectural and environmental scenes that support campaign concepts, product storytelling, or client-facing visual presentations.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, art directors, editors, and project managers to translate visual ideas into polished 3D outputs.
- Prepare multiple visual options when needed, including alternate camera angles, material treatments, lighting moods, and environmental compositions.
- Revise renders quickly and accurately based on internal feedback, client comments, or changing campaign direction.
- Maintain organized working files, asset libraries, render outputs, references, and project folders so that production can move efficiently.
- Stay current with 3D rendering trends, architectural visualization references, AI-assisted workflows, and software improvements that can increase production quality and speed.

- Minimum S1 / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design / DKV, Animation, 3D Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, or a related design field from a recognized university.
- Strong portfolio showing photorealistic architectural or environmental 3D work, including building renders, interior or exterior scenes, product environments, event or booth visuals, or comparable rendered spaces.
- Strong working ability in Blender is preferred; candidates with strong skills in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Unreal Engine, or similar tools may also be considered.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, UVs or material setup, realistic lighting, camera composition, rendering, and basic post-production.
- Ability to work from references, creative direction, sketches, CAD files, moodboards, and brand or campaign guidelines.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-3D teammates, including strategists, designers, editors, and project managers.
- Experience producing commercial-quality renders for architecture, property, interior design, product advertising, events, exhibitions, or campaign visuals.
- Experience with environment design, set design, motion-ready assets, animation or cinematic lighting.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI image/videoa tools for polishing outputs and collaborating with the broader production team.
- Ability to create production-ready assets that can be adapted for motion, video, social ads, or campaign visual systems.
- Strong sense of visual taste, realism, proportion, scale, lighting, and premium composition.
- Must be available to work full-time in-office in South Jakarta.
- Have own laptop for work
