Job Description
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Create high-quality, detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings of interior spaces, furniture, and showroom layouts using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, or V-Ray/Corona.
- Interior Space Planning: Develop and optimize showroom layouts, ensuring functional and aesthetic design solutions.
- Material & Lighting Application: Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting techniques to enhance visualization quality.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with designers, architects, and marketing teams to develop and refine designs based on feedback.
- Presentation & Post-Production: Prepare high-quality visual presentations using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator to effectively communicate design concepts.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Software Expertise: Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software, including SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, V-Ray/Corona, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for post-production.
- Portfolio Requirement: Must have a portfolio showcasing strong 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization skills.
- Design & Aesthetic Sense: Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, proportions, and spatial arrangements.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- Attachment: A portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering skills is required.
