Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as the first-line support for the warehouse operations team in relation to system usage, processes, and daily errors.
- Collaborate with the Engineering/Product team to manage new system integrations, such as onboarding principals/brands/new warehouses, O&JIT features, or other system updates.
- Assist in identifying recurring system issues and perform basic root cause analysis.
- Support the implementation and dissemination of new SOPs or systems to warehouse users.
- Compile and summarise user requests to be communicated systematically to the technology team.
- Contribute to process and system improvement initiatives based on field observations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Business Process, or Warehouse Operations.
- Good understanding of operational business processes, especially from Purchase Order to Delivery Order.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTable) and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working directly on-site at warehouses and liaising with various operational teams.
- Possesses basic analytical skills in addressing system issues.
- Familiar with data flows and system structures (WMS, OMS, ERP), process flows/flowcharts; knowledge of SQL, HTML, or VB programming is a plus.
- Willing to work 6 days a week and be stationed at warehouses in the Jakarta and Tangerang area, with readiness for out-of-town business trips if needed.
- Highly initiative, detail-oriented, and able to work flexibly in a dynamic environment.
