Job Descriptions:

  1. Manage & Process all incoming invoices and ensure accurancy and completeness of documentation.
  2. Verify Payment Requests, supporting documents , and compliance with internal policies and tax regulation
  3. Journal Entry to System for Expenses , Tax and Payment
  4. Arrange Equalisation beetween General Ledger And Monthly Tax report
  5. Assist Issued Financial report
  6. Perform reconciliation all data and resolve discrepancies in a timely Manner
  7. Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes
  8. collaborate with al internal team to ensure payment accuracy.
  9. Mond-end and year-end closing activities by providing necessary reconciliations and reports
  10. Continuously review and improve processes for efficiency
  11. Monthly tax Report for VAT, WHT and Annual Tax Report

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  2. More than 5 years experience in Accounting and Tax
  3. Prefer experience from Smartphone Company Industry more than 3 Years.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formula Knowledge required Vlook Up, Pivot)
  5. Experience with Accounting System Such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate or similar ERP platform)
  6. Strong attention to detail and high accurancy in data management
  7. Good organizational and time management skills, Can work under pressure
  8. Strong Problem-Solving abilities and analytical thinking
  9. Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Must Be have Tax Brevet A, B and C., Knowledge of Tax Regulation & CoreTax, Experience Report Tax System DJP Online or Coretax
