Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage content pillars aligned with current campaigns, events, and other needs as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging and on-brand photos, videos, and content.
  • Write captions that are friendly, informative, and relevant to the brand's voice.
  • Handle the posting, scheduling, and optimization of content in accordance with each platform's algorithm.
  • Coordinate with the Operator Team and external influencers/creators/brands for brand collaborations.
  • Analyze content performance and generate monthly reports to evaluate strategic effectiveness.
  • Monitor content trends to ensure the brand remains current and up-to-date.
  • Maintain professional consistency in visual identity and brand tone.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive/Specialist.
  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok required).
  • Have a strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, insights, and best practices for each platform.
  • Understand trends in parenting, motherhood content, and relevant content styles for audiences across various niches.
  • Ability to develop a structured content calendar that aligns with campaign requirements.
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as:
  • TikTok Analytics
  • Creator Studio
  • Canva / Photoshop (basic)
  • CapCut (basic)
  • Any social media analytics tools
