Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate all sales-related administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the sales function.
- Prepare, format, and compile tender documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ), ensuring compliance with both internal standards and client requirements.
- Organize and maintain legal and commercial documents to support sales proposals and contract submissions.
- Record and archive tender outcomes and related documentation such as purchase orders (POs), contracts, and project agreements.
- Take accurate meeting minutes (MoM) during internal sales discussions or meetings with clients.
- Handle vendor registration processes and manage submissions on client procurement or tender portals.
- Support non-administrative sales activities, such as preparing materials for events, exhibitions, or customer meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Technical teams) to gather necessary supporting documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT services, project-based sales processes, and tender procedures (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and document-handling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Prior experience in sales support, tender documentation, or IT project administration is a plus.
