Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage administrative tasks related to retail and import shipments.
  • Process documents related to retail development (such as lease applications and approvals).
  • Handle in-mall promotion administration, including barter programs and other promotional activities.
  • Manage import shipment administration, including serial number entry, purchase order (PO) input, and incoming shipment documentation.
  • Process payment submissions such as reimbursements and other supporting documents.

Kualifikasi

  • High school graduate (SMA/SMK), active university student, or fresh graduate seeking an internship.
  • Proficient in computer operation, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Disciplined, structured, and responsible in completing assigned tasks.
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop in retail administration and import management.
