Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze business and customer requirements to define functional and non-functional product specifications.
Translate business needs into clear documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Conduct data analysis to measure product performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure smooth product delivery.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate product quality before go-live.
Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights to management and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in Product Analysis or Project Management roles in banking, fintech, or IT consulting.
Experiences in banking product is plus.
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Able to analyze and provide effective solutions to support project development.
Capable of creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Proficient in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
