- Analyze design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements to deliver relevant and impactful designs.
- Create and design various promotional materials (e.g., digital or conventional banners, sales presentations, posters, flyers) to support marketing and campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Product Marketing team to ensure accurate compliance labeling and appropriate language in all marketing materials.
- Stay updated on current design trends to create visually compelling designs that enhance brand competitiveness and increase customer awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
- Develop comprehensive daily and weekly reports by providing analysis, insights, summaries, and recommendations to evaluate design performance effectively.
- Revise graphic designs when needed, ensuring all visuals are appealing and align with brand guidelines to maintain consistency and brand image.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Visual Design, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in creative design; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Beauty Industry, or Digital Commerce is an advantage.
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
