Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage the execution of creative campaigns and projects from start to finish.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Negotiating and providing regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any issues promptly.
- Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts.
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas with teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- 2-4 years of working experience
- Proven experience in account executive, preferably in a creative agency.
- Must be a customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
- Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and creative processes is a plus.
