Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to ensure the timely and efficient flow of skincare products from production to distribution.
- Oversee and optimize inventory management processes to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast demand accurately and plan production schedules accordingly.
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing for skincare product components.
- Implement efficient distribution strategies, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of skincare products to various channels.
- Continuously analyze market trends and industry developments to make informed decisions that enhance the competitiveness of the skincare product supply chain.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between departments such as production, marketing, and sales to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred degree in Engineering (S1 Teknik).
- Proven experience in handling skincare product supply chains.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company
- Strong analytical skills for effective job analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing supply chain processes.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking for long-term supply chain planning.
