Job Description
- Oversee and manage the administrative process for enrolling students
- Screen student applications and conduct initial interviews
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students
- Handle and respond to student inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, interviews, and student interactions
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in customer service is a plus
- Experienced in student enrollment is a plus
- Experienced with student information systems is a plus
- Willing to work from office in Purwadhika BSD - Green Office Park 9 (Monday-Friday at 9AM-6PM)
- Willing to utilize personal device
- Can join ASAP
