Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage content pillars aligned with current campaigns, events, and other needs as required.
- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging and on-brand photos, videos, and content.
- Write captions that are friendly, informative, and relevant to the brand's voice.
- Handle the posting, scheduling, and optimization of content in accordance with each platform's algorithm.
- Coordinate with the Operator Team and external influencers/creators/brands for brand collaborations.
- Analyze content performance and generate monthly reports to evaluate strategic effectiveness.
- Monitor content trends to ensure the brand remains current and up-to-date.
- Maintain professional consistency in visual identity and brand tone.
Requirements
- Possess 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive/Specialist.
- Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok required).
- Have a strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, insights, and best practices for each platform.
- Understand trends in parenting, motherhood content, and relevant content styles for audiences across various niches.
- Ability to develop a structured content calendar that aligns with campaign requirements.
- Proficiency in social media tools such as:
- TikTok Analytics
- Creator Studio
- Canva / Photoshop (basic)
- CapCut (basic)
- Any social media analytics tools
