Job Description
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting and finance activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Record accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the completeness of supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct internal & tax audits and prepare necessary documents for external audits.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business decisions
- Analyze tax risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (PSAK), Indonesian tax regulations, and audit processes.
- Proficient in accounting software (ERP) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
