Job Description
- Design and maintain sales scripts (Bahasa Indonesia) for telesales or WhatsApp channels
- Develop objection-handling playbooks for common customer concerns
- Build onboarding programs and training materials for new Agent hires
- Conduct regular coaching sessions based on call/chat reviews
- Monitor conversation data and track conversion metrics
Requirements
- Min. 2 years in sales training, telesales supervision, or sales enablement in financial services (Multifinance / bank / fintech)
- Experience writing sales scripts and training materials in Bahasa Indonesia
- Track record of improving sales conversion through process optimization
- Understand Indonesian consumer behavior around lending products (BPKB, KTA, or similar)
- Comfortable analyzing conversation data and making data-driven decisions
- Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker
