At Wilopo Cargo, data drives smarter decisions. As our Sales Analyst, you’ll transform sales data into clear insights that guide strategy, improve team performance, and unlock new opportunities. This role is key to helping our sales team grow and stay competitive in the logistics market.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Manage and analyze sales-related data to generate meaningful and impactful insights.
- Clean and verify sales data regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for use.
- Support the Sales Supervisor by transforming existing data into actionable insights rather than conducting direct market research.
- Identify and prepare reports, templates, and data dashboards based on business needs.
- Transform and present data into actionable insights through clear visual dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Develop visual dashboards and templates to streamline data gathering and reporting processes.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Having experience in Data Analysis, Sales Support, or related roles (up to 1 years) is a plus.
- Strong skills in Excel (Pivot Table required; Power Query or Macros are advantages)
- Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems and managing structured spreadsheets
- Able to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports or dashboards
- Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in ensuring data accuracy
- Strong communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively
- Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Excel Macros and Power Query.
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Background in supporting Sales or Marketing teams with data-driven insights.
