Job Description
- Assist to handle Internal Intern hiring
- Conduct sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various platforms
- Assist executive recruiter with CV screening and HR interview
- Assist in reference check & talent pool
- Responsible to create still & video content for several channels
- Assist in collab with Recruiters and other departments for the content creation
- Assist in managing communication with both internal & external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5th semester from any major
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Have related experience or skill in recruiting, designing, video editing, and copywriting
- Have interest and willing to explore the HR Recruitment & Employer Branding field with strong interpersonal and creative skill
- Initiative, outgoing, and good at communication
