Job Description
1. Project manager initiatives to support dev team's various on-going projects
- Effectively coordinate and streamline communications
- Collaborate constantly with senior management team and external parties to ensure alignment on goals
2. Assist the Engineering Manager with day-to-day operations
- Fill resource gaps in teams across the operations organization
- Coach team leads to lead effectively
- Implement and facilitate training programs to continuously support upskilling of team members
- Facilitate collaboration between operations teams
3. Research and Analysis
- Analyze data to recommend improvements to dev team processes
- Produce structured, concise and insightful documentation to drive buy -in and execution
- Execute proposed solutions to ensure problems are solved
Requirements
- You have 3 - 6 years working experience in Project Management and / or Business Strategy
- You have experience managing finance and/or operations-centric initiatives
- You have experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- You can effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a high quality of work
- You are able to understand big picture perspective quickly, but are also able to identify key areas to focus on
- You are comfortable with making documents/slide decks
- You have great attention to detail
- You effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high quality of work
- You are a creative hustler - you might not have done it before, but you're willing to try something different to get it done
- You are an exceptional communicator and work well with cross-functional teams
- You thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
- Bonus points if you've worked for a fast-paced high growth startup before
