Wilopo Cargo – Product Team
We’re looking for a Product Operations Associate who’s excited to support product development through clear documentation, smooth coordination, and data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll help keep projects organized, support Product Managers and IT teams, and make sure our internal tools continue to improve. If you enjoy structured work, problem-solving, and learning how great products are built, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Up To:
- 🎯 Keep Product Operations Organized – Maintain Jira/trackers and ensure task progress is well-managed across the team.
- 📝 Prepare Clear Documentation – Create and maintain PRDs, UAT docs, release notes, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
- 📊 Analyze Product Data – Gather data and turn findings into simple reports or insights to support decision-making.
- 🔍 Support Product Strategy – Assist in competitor research, benchmarking, and feature validation.
- 🎓 Assist Product Training – Help prepare materials, walkthroughs, or guides for internal product releases.
- 🖼️ Support UI/UX Wireframes – Develop low–mid fidelity wireframes and support high-fidelity screens using existing design systems.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Having experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles (up to 2 years) is a plus.
- Strong skills in organization, documentation, and communication
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Able to use Excel/Google Sheets confidently and turn data into simple insights
- Familiar with FigJam, Whimsical, Miro, or Figma for workflows or wireframes
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
- Experience with internal systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Experience with design systems or basic UI/UX principles
- Background in business analysis or operations coordination
