Job Description
- Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of customer-centric products
- Identify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product area
- Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive team
- Come up with a product road map and rally other people to join your cause to realize your product vision. You are expected to be able to prototype your vision to convince others if necessary
- Maintain a highly prioritized product backlog based on business & customer impact
- Measuring what matters and improving it. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health
- Mitigate risk around product development
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience in Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value to the user and the business, lead ideation sessions and workshops
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
- Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
