Job Description
- Analyze business and customer requirements to define functional and non-functional product specifications.
- Translate business needs into clear documentation such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Conduct data analysis to measure product performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing) to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate product quality before go-live.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Analysis or Project Management roles in banking, fintech, or IT consulting.
- Experiences in banking product is plus.
- Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Able to analyze and provide effective solutions to support project development.
- Capable of creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Proficient in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
