- The ability to design and manage product placements by understanding market and customer needs.

- Focus on the needs of the Beauty & Fashion industry, having personal knowledge or sensitivity to trends and tastes in the industry is a must!

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills for vendor and team interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
