Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and screening influencers (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) that match brand positioning and campaign goals.
- Support the KOL and Affiliate team in negotiating collaboration terms, content deliverables, and campaign timelines.
- Maintain and update influencer databases, contact lists, and campaign tracking sheets.
- Help coordinate sample deliveries, contracts, and content approvals between influencers and internal teams.
- Research social media trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging KOLs to provide insights for future projects.
- Support administrative and operational support to the KOL and Affilite and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Final year student or Fresh Graduate (Preferable from Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Have interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
- Basic understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
