Job Description
- Formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing offline key account management, social media and application exposure, and offline growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development (BD) and Sales (SA) teams to address various challenges, including system enhancements, user journey optimization, settlement processes, and customer complaint resolutions
- Take responsibility for monitoring and assessing the performance of key accounts, ensuring alignment with targeted objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly data to provide valuable insights and support to internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English (Able to speak and write Mandarin is a plus)
- At least 1-2 years in a similar industry and managing key accounts (Offline key accounts would be preferred)
- Quick learner in new knowledge and business
- Good communication, active, strong, and confident in work
