- Create simple designs like wireframes and prototypes.
- Design with the user in mind, guided by senior designers.
- Keep our design styles like fonts and colors consistent in all projects.
- Solve UX problems, focusing on how responsive and easy to use the designs are.
- Make original graphics and learn about digital design.
- Write clear texts for apps with help from seniors.
- Improve your skills in design principles and UX best practices.
- Be involved in all steps of the design process, from start to end.
- Learn how to plan projects and work with teams.
- Take part in design discussions and use feedback to get better.
- Get training and advice from experienced designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Visual Design, Interior Design, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Min. 0 - less than 1 year of experience (For Fresh Graduate)
- Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Comfortable with design tools such as Adobe XD/Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and wireframe tools (e.g., InVision).
- Knowledge of typography, color, and layout principles.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible.
- Portfolio showcasing class projects, personal projects, or internships relevant to UI/UX.
- Proficient in communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability.
- Experience in participating in projects to demonstrate hands-on skills.
- Open to constructive criticism and able to incorporate it into design improvements.
