Job Description
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Requirements
- Experienced as Project Manager in software or application development.
- Experienced in the telecommunication industry for systems that support operation and implementation.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet software’s collaboration and project management tools.
- Experienced with process improvement.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Advanced Google Sheets and MS Office skills.
- Capability breakdown task to team project (Engineer, Project Office, QA, etc.).
- Having a data-driven mindset in order to handle numbers, read trends, and spot data discrepancies.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills to collaborate and communicate effectively to convey ideas with peers and relevant stakeholders.
