Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, filtering/screening, scheduling interviews, sending job offer letters and onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance data, and training documents.
  • Prepare and manage training schedules and employee development programs.
  • Provide administrative support in managing employee performance, including monitoring annual performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the maintenance of HR policies and ensure the availability of relevant HR documents.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience minimum 2 Years in the same position.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various levels of staff.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS application.
  • Understanding Basic PPh21 and BPJS Employment and Health.
  • Honest, Thorough & Responsible for work.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Teamwork and motivation.
  • Domiciled in West Jakarta & its surroundings.
  • Have a good personality.
