Job Description
- Develop a Recruitment strategy, socialize,and execute.
- Oversees and optimize daily workflow in the HR department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluation.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Provides support and guidance to HR team, management, and other staff when complex, sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Research and propose competitive salaries to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Attracting, identifying, and headhunting talents to grow the Tebengan team
- Be responsible for conflict management and employee counseling
- Handling General Affairs and Office Management
- Domicilie at Tangerang Selatan area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field required.
- Minimum 5-6 years of human resource management staff experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, teach and delegate them appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willing to work in fast pace environment

As our nation digital infrastructure progresses, we hope to design and build a technology-based information exchange site which empower people to connect,exchange and share their resources to ride together.
The technology too is not new, in facts some countries have efficiently implemented them and inspire a new "sharing and traveling" culture . We too aspire to have this "sharing" culture here in our unique kind of way and hope it too can nudge us to share our resources to ride together. Who knows, it may empower us to explore cities and villages we never been, meet kind strangers who share the same passion as us or even visit our hometown more often.
