Job Description
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Manage recruitment end-to-end for various roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels such as online job platforms (Glints, Jobstreet Express, and similar), professional networks, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs, with a higher focus on operational and blue-collar roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and ensure hiring decisions meet both skill and culture fit.
- Track recruitment progress and candidate pipelines using agreed tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, or similar).
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment data and documentation to support clear reporting and smooth hiring operations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either as an in-house or freelance recruiter.
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring across various roles; experience with operational or blue-collar hiring will be more frequent.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms such as Glints, Jobstreet Express, or similar job portals.
- Comfortable sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates independently.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with hiring managers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working remotely and using basic recruitment tracking tools.
- Available to commit to a 3-month contract.
