Job Description
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the finance team
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
- Liaising with departmental managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Providing training and support to the finance team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of experience in a finance supervisory
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as spreadsheets, and data analysis software
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels
