Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead the company’s tax planning and compliance, optimizing tax liabilities and ensuring timely tax filings.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role across various industries, particularly in the forwarding industry will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in leading and managing teams, with experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
