Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and factory control operations.
- Implement and monitor productivity improvement strategies.
- Manage cost control measures effectively within maintenance and factory control.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure efficient factory operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education of D3 (Associate Degree).
- Proven experience as a supervisor in maintenance and factory control.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cost management in a factory setting.
- Demonstrated ability to implement productivity enhancement initiatives.
